Balazs Bereznai

I was born in Budapest, Hungary, but I’ve lived my life at the intersection of cultures, industries, and change. Raised in an international environment, English quickly became my second mother tongue - and navigating diverse worlds became second nature.

I studied economics and business development, deepening my focus on organizational psychology. Early on at IBM, I worked in finance and account management, partnering with a dynamic portfolio across industries. But what truly shaped my path was a constant: transformation.

Over the years, I’ve led complex, high-impact change initiatives - from restructuring global teams to redefining how businesses connect with their clients. Since stepping into leadership in 2012, I’ve had the privilege of leading in sales, business management, and client success. Most recently, I built a cutting-edge client success organization known for its performance, agility, and culture.

I’ve spent most of my professional life working with clients across Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. These regions taught me resilience, curiosity, and the power of human connection - even in the most tech-driven environments.

I’m a technology enthusiast to the core. I believe that when applied thoughtfully, tech is not just a tool - it’s a force for good. As Arthur C. Clarke once said, “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” At Zynio, we harness that magic to help humans and organizations evolve with purpose.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with my family and dogs, exploring nature, flipping pages of a great book, or discovering new corners of the world. Because great ideas - and meaningful leadership - often begin far from the office.

Zynio was born from this journey. A blend of strategy and heart, technology and humanity. And I couldn’t be more proud to be part of it.
